Woodfire roasted Alwar Milk cake, made with fresh farm Milk, Sugar, and garnished with the finest organic Pistachio. It is a sweet milk fudge, prepared with the traditional Alwar recipe where it first originated. The woodfire gives the Milk cake a grainy, dense, and smokey texture that just melts in the mouth.
Milk is boiled over a low flame for several hours until around two-third of it evaporates. That leaves a thick condensed layer that is used to prepare this delicacy.
