About 3 years ago, when I started this store in Schiedam, I didn't know what to expect! We were still fairly new in NL, didn't speak the language and I had absolutely zero experience in Horeca industry. People also told me that Schiedam is perhaps not my best market. Yet, I was determined to give it a shot. Looking back, I am glad I did it. The love and support from this community have been incredible. We've made many friends, gained regular clients, and created countless memories. Like the one you see in the photo. A big thanks to amazing Joop Stuurman. You made our day extra special.
