Literally translated, “Juicy milk cream”, Ras Malai or rossomalai (Bengali) is a traditional dessert originating from the the eastern regions of the Indian Subcontinent. It is often described as “a rich cheesecake without a crust”. Even though it originated in the eastern region, it is very popular across Northern India and most of the regions in Pakistan.
Divine Bites Ras Malai is always prepared with fresh farm Milk, exotic Kashmiri Saffron, finest Cardamom from Kerala, and garnished with the Finest Turkish Pistachio and Almonds.
